Joseph T. Crapanzano Jr. M.D.

Dr. Crapanzano graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School in 1982.  He completed the Anesthesia residency program at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, where he served as Chief Resident in 1985.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Management.  He is a Diplomate of American Board of Pain Medicine.  He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at LSU medical School in New Orleans and Shreveport.  Dr. Crapanzano has been recognized by New Orleans Magazine and Louisiana Life as “Top Doctor” in Anesthesiology and Pain Management for 10 consecutive years.

Kevin R. Martinez M.D.

Dr. Martinez graduated from Louisiana State University Medical School in 1999.  He completed the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency program at Louisiana State University in 2004, directly followed by an Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Fellowship.  Dr. Martinez is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation with Subspecialty Certification in Pain Medicine.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
